We will be posting these photos in a series. These photos were taken between 1988 and 1992.June 25, 1988.These photos were taken on June 25, 1988. AIM chapters marched to what was then named "Custer Battlefield Monument." There, they placed an engraved plaque honoring the “Indian patriots who fought and defeated the U.S. Cavalry in order to save our women and children from mass murder.”

4 colors Martin Luther King Jr Day 1992These Photos were taken on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. The Ku Klux Klan had a protest on the State Capitol Steps.
